✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
I. GENERAL TERMS
1. I may decline the commission if I feel it is outside of my abilities (check do and do not list).
2. If there is a deadline, I need to know before payment.
3. If no available spots are available for commission, the client will be asked to be put on a waiting list. I am not obligated to compensate the time you spend waiting.
4. I will provide WIPs when I have made significant progress.
5. Major changes made after the sketching phase will be charged depending on
how much needs to be changed.
6. If revision is due to artistic error, I will not give extra charges. However, if the mistake is due to being given incorrect references or due to the commissioner not letting me know of a preference beforehand, changes may require extra charges.
7. Commissioners will receive a digital .png file through email. No physical
items are to be shipped.
II. PAYMENT
1. Payment will be made through PayPal invoicing and is non-refundable after
commissioner has paid.
2. The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.
3. If I am unable to complete the commission, I will refund the full amount.
4. The PayPal must belong to you or another party I am able to communicate
with directly.
5. If chargebacks are forced without discussion or unnecessarily, the
commissioner will be backlisted and possibly put on beware.
III. COMMERCIAL LISCENSING AND CREDIT
1. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.
Extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects.
2. Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation. While the commissioner
has ownership of the artwork, we retain certain rights such as artist credits
and publishing the art in our personal portfolio & social media.
3. Publishing and privatization of personal commissions can be considered and
discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.
4. Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting
is given including linking any of the artist's relevant social media account/s.
IV. HOUSEKEEPING
1. If we find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation
will be blacklisted, and will not be transacted with in the future.
2. I am not responsible for loss of images and pieces after the commission is
considered done.
3. I can reuse elements of rejected sketches (poses, items, facial expressions,
etc) for future projects.
